Knowing that we can not choose both an Action and a Consequence, which One is the most important? Why?

We can choose our actions while predicting the potential consequences. We can say if I commit a certain crime I have an X% chance of being arrested. Actions have consequences so it's a case of weighing up the potential consequences not just assuming the worse one. If I pick up a guy for a one-night stand the consequences could be, getting murdered or a great orgasm. You could avoid the one-night stand out of fear of being killed but following the same logic you shouldn't go shopping in case you're shot in a robbery.

I don't understand the question, but abortion must be made illegal in all cases, especially because it reduces female promiscuity.

Try to slow down and think. An Action is Doing but all Doing (behavior) is preceded by Choice.
Consequence is a Resultant…Outcome from integration of Soul, Mind (Choice), and Body (behavior).

So relate Abortion through those lenses. Consequence or Action

Okay. For me, the primary, secondary, tertiary effects or consequences are more important. My Controls are focused upon consequences. To achieve these Ends, the probability increases or decreases if I choose or choose not the “Thing/Option” before me.

A more thought through Consequence leads to a better Choice and Action. Consequences are King and even “non-action” is a choice and at it crux the “pacifist” causes consequence…there is a longitudinal and falling dominoes or legos effect
