Why 45 year olds treat 21 year old's as if we were stupid?

I swear 45 year old people r so extra!

They treat generation Z as if we are stupid or don't know anything.

That generation acts if they are superior over generation Z so extra.

Other generation Z has this issue?

If you don’t sound confident when you speak you’ll get treated like you don’t know anything won’t be believed or taken seriously if you aren’t confident in what your saying not being believed but not meaning your lying just not being believed pretty stupid but that’s just the way it is.

You could say you can do something and succeed in your goal but if your tone of voice isn’t confident You won’t be believed people won’t believe you can succeed.

Because they have been your age but you haven't been theirs. That gives them a huge advantage.

There is probably not a 45 year old in the world who thinks they knew more at 21 than they do at 45. They have a perspective that's not possible for a 21 year old to have.

24 years from now, people who are 21 today WILL look back at how stupid and naive they were at 21.

People who are 30 years old (or older) have far more experience than you; do you acknowledge that when you are talking to your elders? If not, you are proving their point.

They were 21 once, and they thought they knew it all back then too. Then they got more life experience and realised that they were wrong about a lot of things.

I remember rolling my eyes at my Dad when he used to give me advice and say to me “if only I knew then what I know now”. But now I get it. You will too.

We were 21 at one time and just as stupid. Try not to think of it as "stupidity" and more as just less experienced. Because that generally what it comes down to. Believe me there are some very sharp 21 yr. Olds and some very foolish 45 yr. Olds. Being older doesn't make you smarter. It just has given you more time to learn from mistakes.

What 45 year olds are you talking about? Your mom, dad, boss, teacher? All these people need to constantly remind you of your lack of experience so that they can protect or control you. It's just a game, don't take it seriously.

Generally you have been indoctrinated into a statist mindset by the education system and are likely still in college. Where you are still under the influence of this system. I take people on a case by case basis. But I am not surprised when they are as young as you are and still spouting the nonsense they teach us in schools.

i don't or at least i try not to. some things though they're not educated in which i kind of find amusing in a good way not a bad way. like some don't know how to use a rotary phone or what a landline is or a vcr or an 8 track. stuff i had growing up they never saw or experienced because they're parents never exposed them to that stuff. it's amusing it's not a bad thing just funny comical without meaning to be offensive
