Are women more inclined to be conspiracy theorists than men?

At least where I live, it seems that women are more inclined to believe conspiracy theories than men do. Many of my wife's friends are antivaxxers and my deputy had her Facebook account blocked more than once for her posts about the "Great Reset". Even a local journalist who's usually quite even toned has started writing about the NWO and Soros.

If femininity is associated with agreeableness. The countries that are the most liberal and agreeable ironically had the most brutally oppressive covid policies. See Canada and NZ.

by the way, not wanting to be coerced take an experimental medical treatment is hardly the stuff of conspiracy theories. It's basic use of one's god given critical faculties.

None of those mentioned are "conspiracies" though. After all the mainstream media lies, I'm inclined to believe there are no more things as conspiracies. Especially when they literally admit it in open public.

To be honest I got a bit annoyed at them because their posts fill my feed and one of them complained to me because I don't comment or like those posts.

They say I don't care and should be more aware, but put it bluntly I don't see why I should - I got a good career, rack in money and realize my projects, and don't see why I should care about things I can do nothing about.

Many people are refusing this covid vaccine and are not "antivaxxers" as you suggest, nor are they all conspiracy theorists. Many have had the long list of vaccines and refuse this one because it's untested and made much differently. Those are not conspiracies.

Good for them, but I don't see why they should protest since the obligation to get vaccinated has been lifted where I live.
They shouldn't bother me about those things like they do just because I'm an elected official - they think I can do something or that I care about those things, when I can't do neither.

No, women are very gullible but in general they are more likely to believe government propaganda than outlandish conspiracy theories. I think this is the result of centuries of being gaslighted by manipulative males.
