Physically:

- Organizing my room in such a way that things I reach out for the most are nearest to my bed and desk, with things I need the least left on top shelves (I'm very short and can't reach there without standing on something else so on top shelves I keep things I rarely need).

- Keeping a big empty basket in my room. When my room is a mess and I have to clean up immediately because someone is coming over, I can throw things in that basket to temporarily make my room look organized, and after the guest leaves I take the contents out and put them where they belong.

- Use Google Calendars, alarms, timers, and reminders. For anything and everything.

- Use two monitors when studying. Fortunately, it's possible to do on the computers on campus so I plug in my laptop. I might invest in getting a second monitor for myself too.

- Hang most of my clothes. I am too lazy to fold plus hanging helps them stay in good condition. But I don't hang sweaters because they are heavy and can get stretched out from hanging.

- Play music that gets me up on my feet when cleaning/organizing my room so I dance a little while doing chores! Sometimes I play VSFS instead, and if I'm really in the mood put on high heels and pretend to be a runway model. Always gets the job done and I feel much better.

Mentally:

- Currently undergoing treatment and therapy. It works and has made positive changes in my life.

- Make time for talking with individual friends one-on-one. This is the only way to make friendships stronger.

- No longer forcing myself to be in social situations I don't enjoy. I don't like partying so I don't force myself to go.

- Staying single. Sometimes you just need to be by yourself and enjoy the peace.

- Joining events and activities to not always be by myself and get lonely.

- Stop engaging with people who drain me.
