What first comes to mind when someone says they’re neurodivergent?

I don’t mean what assumptions about the person do you make, though you can add that in the comments. What is the first thought you have when you see the word?
For me I think of autism, but then I think they are a person with ADHD wanting people to assume they have autism

It’s a relatively new word and non medical from what I understand. Never really put into practice until the rise of tiktok and faking disabilities to put themselves on moral high ground or to garner attention.

Autism
ADHD/ADD
Learning disability
