I'd tell them they're fucking idiots and say I'm not doing that shit. I don't hold back. No one in my family does that either. I work with a lot of smart people so none of that woke shit ever even came up for me. My little brother didn't have to deal with it either. My older brother dealt with it for about 10 seconds. It was funny when they told my brother he had to get the COVID vaccine. We have a very Jewish last name. My brother works for a company headquartered in Germany. He was on a conference call with the higher ups. They asked him if he had got the COVID vaccine. He's like nope, I'm not getting it either. They were like, the company requires it. He was like I work at home in a different country, what are you fucking Nazis, I'm not getting that shit so you can get over it. They shut up, and he's got several raises and been promoted to a new position to run the entire American division at this point. I don't know why so many sheep lack a spine. You just say no and stand up for yourself. If everyone did that, either companies would respect your rights, or they would have no one working for the woke companies and they would go bankrupt. They can't fire White people if we say no together. Any company that takes a 10-20% manpower loss will have to shutter their doors. White people are 75.8% of America. Just tell them to go get stuff and move forward.

Just the "training" required by lawless courts which very clearly put everyone in perpetual legal jeopardy makes the work place environment very hostile.

You never know when someone is going to get offended or "abused" and even if your not involved you could still be held responsible for "failure to intervene". Under the tyrannicidal laws passed by a lawless federal politicians in suites and black robes.

Its best to avoid working around with people you don't trust, and generally avoid dealing with "protected classes" when you can.

If they paid well enough. I'm in it for the paycheck. I seldom believe fully in the company I work for. It's just a symbiotic relationship. They can espouse whatever nonsense they want so long as they pay Mr pretty much.
