Here's the thing, buddy: sometimes you can be the most technically qualified person, but your softskills or personality make you a TERRIBLE fit.

It's easier and cheaper to train a new hire than to try to change the attitude and entitlement of a slightly experienced lawsuit-in-the-making.

No, its not easier and cheaper to train a new hire. It depends on the type of job and business. Some jobs require highly skilled people with specific knowledge that require years of study. For example, you can't hire some random guy from a street for the job that requires microelectronics engineering skill or FPGA programming. If i was a business owner, i would have to deal with the person, because my business would be dependent on his work. Meanwhile i can always continue looking for someone with better attitude. It depends and sometimes you don't have a choice.

It's obvious you don't know anything about the actual hiring process, so it's pointless to explain this to you.

Hiring isn't just about your resume. You as a person have to bring something to the table. Personality cannot be trained, and your sense of entitlement makes it obvious why you were passed over.

Hiring someone like you is like bringing in a whiny child who will throw a tantrum when he's passed over for a promotion. Most recruiters will take the non-white slightly less experienced but much more easy to work with candidate.

Companies can send you to school to train up your experience, but changing a personality is way too much work to put into a hire.
