No. Ten years is a very short period of time for major changes to take place. There might be some people who will start eating bugs, but I don't see it being significant, especially not in that short time.

Anyway, according to the EPA, agriculture produces about 11% of greenhouse gases - which is what she said. Then she said cattle are about 3% of that. This implies 3% of the 11%, but 3% of total greenhouse gasses is closer.

Cattle are often blamed, but greenhouse gases produced by cattle today are less than the gases produced by buffalo a few hundred years ago. That was before the industrial revolution when greenhouse gases were still countered by natural sinks. Greenhouse gases are not a problem until they cross that threshold and become out of balance. So cattle today are NOT the cause of excess gasses. Yes, they still contribute, but are not the cause of the increase that put us over the threshold.
