Do you think race based hurrican-aid is racist or do you think it would not be racist at all if the idea benefitted white people?

I am inherently not supportive or against race as a way to target groups of people. Why? Because it can be a very useful tool to effectively target the exact people that might need aid in a country where race actually is a privilege. As such, if a hurricane rolled through two neighborhoods with one being rich white dudes and the other being poor minorities then the easiest and cheapest criteria for giving out aid to the people who actually needs it would be to base it on race.

If it's discriminating on the basis of race, it's racist. This is not a hard idea.
