I would suggest meditation to deal with these anger issues. Social media is a vile form of technology and its not just social media moms that make it that way. 95% of what's out there contributes to that vileness and not a 100% of that 95% is social media moms. That's why I personally don't partake in the stupidity of traditional social media. Now the astute observer will call bullshit because I'm writing this in a social media platform. So I guess I'm a hypocrite but at least I'm not being an angry hypocrite.
