Is Ankara safe?

Turkey was hit bad by the earthquake. Are the people in Ankara doing ok?

I have Turkish friends that i play soccer with who are in USA for graduate school work. Their family is fine but the pictures they showed me from their people there were... are horrific. They are definitely in a difficult time and I am not so sure the current leader really cares. I think he is a horrible ruler...

Ankara is not that close to that area, but 10 cities were hit by the earthquake :(

Ankara isn't close to the fault line so they're probably fine.
