Probably. At least this LOOKS like a girl! I did a lot of cross-dressing from `86 onwards but I still used the men's room, mostly because I DIDN'T look at all like a girl. However, I used to work at a dinner theatre and one of the male actors, who didn't cross dress at all or look female, still used the women''s room to get changed in because he was gay.

Allow more people access to an area, and the risk will increase. Of course.
Is it a big enough risk to be worried about it? I don’t think so. Most people just want to use the facilities and move on with their day. You know as well as I do that if someone is set out to victimize someone else, they are not going to allow a “women’s” sign on a door stop them.

@UCrayCray facts. I have come across bathrooms with hidden cameras. The few mixed bathrooms I've been in are usually watched at the door so if anything happens there's help. I would think that, at certain high volume places, creepers would have a harder time creeping with more eyes watching them
