No. Because I know the goal is simply to trick people into accepting men being in women's bathrooms & next thing you know it, every pervy guy is allowed in. And just because you look somewhat like a woman doesn't make you a woman. Likewise if you put on a very convincing Darth Vader costume, it does not make you Darth Vader. If you put on the world's most realistic dinosaur costume, it does not make you a dinosaur. No amount of acting will make you what you are not although it might fool some people. There are only two human genders. No instance of a human being born with working reproductive organs of both genders has ever happened. And even if it did, we would then be talking about a third sex who needs a third bathroom or one of those *special* single person wheelchair bathrooms.

My standard for this stuff is pretty simple and I think a good solution.
Penis? Mens restroom.
Vagina? Womans restroom.

The whole point of separation is to prevent sexual activity and that kind of discomfort. So setting the standards based on genitalia seems to be the most logical solution in a world with such a rampant growth of trans people.

So in this case it doesn't matter how manly or womanly someone looks, its the part not on display that matters. So assuming its not just breasts but full transition ill vote yes in the poll.

they need to make a general bathroom for those who do not mind it and for them to have a place to go without demanding others to feel comfortable with what others don't feel comfortable with. However, adding a general restroom should not mean the elimination of women and men restrooms, as that poses a danger and open door to predators.

Yes, I would be fine with this person using women's rest rooms. They can also use a male bathroom if they want.

I used a women's bathroom once to change my baby's diapers. The men's bathroom was not equipped with a changing table. (It was a baby daughter, so I had my excuse ready.)

In fact, did you know that going to the toilet does not depend on gender very much in the first place? Men can urinate standing up, but they do not have to, either. Otherwise, I think we are the same.

For some reason, I don't think that one is going to sexually assault a girl in the bathroom. The ones that still have facial hair sure have though... they've done it over and over. The cases of it happening just keep stacking up.  It is Ma'am!
