When it comes to "gender expression," how do you see it?

When it comes to trans and cis people, there seems to be a disconnect in how gender works or what exactly is the purpose of expressing it. I'm curious to know the thoughts of others.

While I don't exactly have the knowledge or interest to navigate the potential minefield of gender identity, I am easily identifiable as a man; my clothes are an obvious sign, but my shaved head and beard are not easily misconstrued. I don't look at others enough to be curious what their potential gender may be either; people are people to me.

I find the idea of "gender expression" to be something quite strange and an alien idea. I don't feel a certain way for being a man, I could wake up as a woman tomorrow and not really give a shit.

I don't know why people put so much stock in masculinity or femininity, there is simply just biological sex. It's a physical limitation just like how tall you are and other such things that aren't that interesting. What's more interesting is a person's character and their ideas.
