Not even talking about necessarily in a sexual sense
Doctor's and other health care workers for that matter, also other work where we are at a service of some kind, like teachers, police, lawyers , fireman and jobs you can sort of Place on a lvl where whey are expected to be held accountable and higher then the average man. They have a responsibility to us to keep us safe, to take care of us, to guide us. They are expected to be better then us, they are expected to be outside of the average emotional reactions and other similar things that might corrupt a trust we should have in them. And by getting involved with their "costumers" is to go beyond a line of trust and safety that we need from them in order for us to truly believe and feel that they will not hurt us in any way or judge us in any way or to do us wrong In any way. It should it matter who we are, where we come from or what we have, they should always be there and be equal towards us. Ps i had a hard time formulation what was on my mind about this, i hope you the readers of this comment understand it haha

It's against the goals of the patient-physician relationship and may exploit the vulnerability of the patient, compromise the physician's ability to make objective judgments about the patient's health care, and ultimately be detrimental to the patient's well-being. It's a rather tough thing to do a particular treatment when feelings are involved. As such it's a violation of ethics.
