The purpose of life is to live. To experience. It sounds to me like you haven't been allowing yourself to experience life and all that it could be.

I think what might help you feel better is first getting out of the house, going out with friends or making new friends. Picking up a new hobby that forces you to socialize with other people or forces you out of the house. Doing something new/different. Maybe even planning a vacation to travel the world simply to enjoy the beauty of nature.

Then doing some self-love/self-improvement work. There's tons of books/videos/groups out there that could help you with that. Finally, just working on changing your own mind set.
