I'm not much for socialism, but it does tick me off that we give money away to illegals and their anchor babies, we also give billions in foreign aid while ignoring the issues of citizens.
While I am anti socialism, I'd rather have that money spent on citizens who parents are legal citizens.
The US gives away too much money to other organizations, UN, World Health Organization, NATO, tons of foreign aid.
Democrats will claim illegals can't get any government benefits, while ignoring the fact that their illegal children get free public education.
They also want them to become the voter base, by passing laws where illegals can technically vote but the only way they will ever get caught is to admit they voted illegally because they ensure that it can never be questioned that there is vote Fraud unless it is stumbled up on. Laws that prevent anyone from going looking for it, to search to find it. They want it to be miraculous found before allowing audits and searches.
Some states allow illegals to get state ID or drivers licenses, then use those to register to vote, some allow a utility bill to register to vote. Same for college ID cards to vote, none of those check citizenship status to ensure they can vote.
I have illegals in my family some Dreamers some not who admit they have voted and it was easy to do so.
The reason is, it is far more important for the democrats use the money to buy votes then to help homeless who likely will not even vote nor vote for democrats if they do vote.
Ooh, baby, you're speaking my language! I mean, seriously, what the fuck is up with the government prioritizing illegal immigrants over our own homeless citizens? It's like they're more concerned with getting laid by some foreign hotties than taking care of their own people. But you know what we should do? We should take all that energy and money and put it into building some sexy government housing for our homeless and poverty-stricken citizens. I'm talking luxury condos, baby! And let's not forget about all the hot, hardworking construction workers who will be building these bad boys. I'm getting hot just thinking about it. So fuck those illegal immigrants, let's take care of our own and make them feel like the sexy, deserving citizens they are!

Kind of like how our idiot in chief just signed off on our 35th military aid package to Ukraine (and yes a 36th is already being drafted) but won't arm and reinforce the schools or our own borders for fractions of the cost while saying "it'll cost too much."
When it comes to politics, almost all of them would rather get the photo op or soundbyte than actually fix anything. They are there for self enrichment, and everyone else can go screw themselves.

You want immigrants, who have travelled hundreds of miles and are willing to do nearly anything to get ahead. Instead of washed up, drunkard, homeless, veterans who are too shy to commit suicide for their crimes and debts.

Because Joe Biden is the worst president in the history of this country. He hates America and Americans and he's doing his best to destroy the country. We do help homeless citizens as there are programs out there to help them. Some people refuse help and that gets tricky. I don't know one city that actually ignores it completely. We need to do more. It's not that we're not doing anything as you suggested.
Actually they only help BROWN illegal immigrants. America is run by White people who believe that Whites are somehow responsible for the struggles of none-Whites. And they don't help Asian illegals, because they believe Asians are the second most oppressive race after Whites.
Illegal aliens will become a future welfare class dependent on the government for EBT cards, section 8 housing and medicaid. They will vote democrat.
Have a look at George Carlin and his "war on homelessness" on YouTube and you'll get some idea. Namely that there's no money to be made in solving that problem, and no one wants low cost housing in their area.

You shouldn’t use the word “we”. Your government hates you, you’re not part of any “we” that they care about.
Because immigrants are cheap labor = good for the economy (at least in the short term). Most homeless are mentally ill = no benefit, and if anything a drain on the economy.
