To summirize it, a 13 year old boy was planning this attack months prior, with the detailed plan in his notebook. He killed 8 pupils and a school guard, and hurt around 20 more. His main targets were students from his class. He basically first shot a guard, then 3 girls that were on the way, then went to the targeted classroom and shot everyone there. It all happened within 5 minutes, they say. Guns are prohibited in Serbia, but many stayed from the war in 90s, and this kid knew where his dad held a gun and took it. This shocked the whole nation and Europe, because it nevers happens. The main problem is that he cannot be held responsible because he is not yet of an age to be (14 by law). Instead his father is arrested, and the kid is held in a mental institution for now. He hasn't shown any sign of regret, he even said to police "I am a psycopat that needs to be controled" and all he carred about during the questioning is how the public is reaction and if he is a hero.
