Negative. He got his start as a stooge in the Kolomoisky crime ring, has wealth beyond what he could have obtained from acting, his apparatchiks had to be warned by the USG to stop skimming so much profit from selling weapons we sent to Ukraine on the black market, he imprisons his political opponents, shuts down and burns churches, passer racially discriminatory law, broke treaties and said he would have nuclear weapons in Ukraine (thus causing the war), and has most recently cancelled the elections in which he was to stand. If we call this man a paragon of democracy, don’t complain when we see our globalist elites do the very same things.
Zelensky has done a good job of holding his country together in the face of war from a much larger country, Russia. He has worked to get the support of other countries, which has drawn the war to a stalemate. Let's hope Russia has the will to withdraw from an unwinnable situation.
I don't think he is a bad person but I think it's odd how much he flaunted his choice to fight for his country. To the point it felt more like a publicity stunt.
Mostly positive. He had his own sitcom before he became president (ironically about a regular guy who got elected president).

Zelensky and the Ukrainian people are incredibly brave. They didn't run away.
I know there are some that aren't crazy about Zelensky because he has a tough attitude and I see that, but at the same time they're fighting for their lives, so they need to be tough. They're heroes in my book.
@Cubus If that's true how do you explain this: notesfrompoland.com/.../
@AngryCarl2 That's way less than he should. This is not new, Kuczma and Poroszenko also held meetings with polish officials during the anniversary of Volhynia Massacre. But that's not enough. Ukraine still doesn't allow Poland to excavate the victims or acknowledge it was a genocide. Ukraine is the only country that prohibits excavation of polish war victims. Even Belarus and Russia allow this. And Ukraine still neither recognised this as a genocide nor said sorry for this. Not to mention they consider Bandera a national hero.
The only difference between Zelensky and Putin is the latter has nukes, and was the aggressor in the conflict. Zelensky is a ruthless tyrant, extremely corrupt even by Ukrainian standards, very much not a "defender of democracy" or whatever bullsh*t labels the media tries to give him, and whether he's in a suit or a military sweater, he's still a stage actor. Neither one of those guys could give less of a shit how many people have to die for their stupid power moves.
Zelensky has risen to the occasion to defend Ukraine, but I don't appreciate his behavior in how he took office or how he's tried to drag the rest of the world into the conflict.
The man is a puppet for the West and he is a menace to society; but I totally get it. I can't be mad at him lol
Positive. He didn't buckle when the Russians invaded, which would have been easy to do and maybe he could even have remained as a figurehead to legitimize the occupation. He works hard to represent Ukraine on the world stage, which he's done very effectively. I think he overdoes the "Man of the People" shtick but I understand the reason for it.
I think he is doing a good job against the bully Putin
I don't think he has helped the situation at all , in a conflict he can never win that has 2 sides , but when stand up comics run countries this is what happens.
He and his people are heroes. They didn't run away when they knew they were being attacked by a much more powerful foe. Like Winston Churchill in World War II.
When the Ukraine fiasco started, I had sympathy for him because surely being the leader of a country that is under attack is stressful as hell.
But them time went by when it became increasingly obvious that he is just mooching off of US and all of the other NATO countries with giving nothing in return and now I think he is a total scumbag.
My opinion is neutral. There is some things about him that are apparently likable and also some things that are not so likeable. I didn't like the fact that he made a big deal out of fighting for his country when there were a lot of other people doing the same thing and not having to appear on TV bragging about it. That said, he's also done a good job of representing his country and taking care of his people.
I don't agree with his political positions, but he's doing a good job as a leader during the war.
What political positions?

Criminal
Defending the West against tyranny. Brave heroes.
If he assassinated putin, it would be positive. Kick off the nukes
I don't think of him nor any president in a positive light that's willing to tell others to go fight for a country while he stays behind with his wife and family nice and protected in a bunker.
Negative. All NATO nations need to STOP arming his country. Russia is a morally GOOD nation!!!
Positive, as brave and courgious man fighting against bigger enemy and trying to win
Negative, but not nearly as negative as Putin. But still negative.
Negative- he's a corrupt dictator.
Why?
Dead man walking...
Why?
Definitely negative, he is not even trying to negotiate peace.
He’s a globalist con artist.
He's a criminal just like Putin and Biden.
Why?
Because wealthy Ukranians are taking our billions and buying swimming pools and going on fancy vacations. Do you remember when Biden and Zelenskky were walking down the road in Ukraine and the fake air raid siren went off? Neither of them flinched, because it was staged. No one in town took shelter, because the fake air raid siren was dubbed in later. Do you think that the tons of secret service agents would just let Biden walk down the road with air raid sirens going off? It's all about the public thinking that Ukraine is winning because of all the money we're giving them.
@Hithere4567
That's what they want you to believe.
he is a con artist.
Why?
Negative I don't like Ukrainian people
Why not?
