I think the biggest problem in the world is that white people aren’t having enough children so I think these two things could help us deal with population decline.

And who would you think should be the parents of these children? People are fertile enough, that is not what is bringing down the birthrate. It is the fact that people are choosing not to have children which your proposed solution literally does nothing to resolve.

I don’t see birth rates as a huge issue at the moment. Economically, maybe there could be a need in the near future to increase birth rates.

But perhaps we handle the environment right now. Because I could burn tires in my front lawn whilst keeping my Hummer idling and still not pollute as much as having kids does to the planet.

We need policies to encourage higher birthrates. Maybe offer tax credits for kids which would encourage working Americans to have children.
