If there is no such thing as forced diversity and said diversity comes naturally, why do CEO of Blackrock thinks they need to force behavior?

When Blackrock and similar groups "force behavior," things such as "diversity, inclusion, and environmental impact" aren't actually important to them at all, but rather a means to an end, and that end is de facto control over entire countries. The primary method of BR is to buy up residential properties and rent them out, and creating a "permanent renter's class" that will be forced into submission due to the fact there's nowhere to go, socio-economically speaking. My hometown narrowly avoided a BR-affiliated company taking over a stalled development project to convert into high density housing for this purpose, though now they are offering ridiculously generous rates to people moving out of houses to prevent private ownership. Some states are also taking legal action to make it less feasible for small time landlords to rent out properties, which gives companies like Blackrock a similar edge to how Walmart and Target put smaller stores out of business.

Who says diversity comes naturally? It can under some conditions, sure, but anyone suggesting it is the natural inclination of all humans is simply wrong.

Well, comming naturally would be the reverse of saying that the diversity is forced, so it stands to reason that people who say there is not forced diversity think said diversity came naturally.

Oh, I mean I suppose they might be referring to diversity in nature? Yes, but there are rules and many of them are regional. For example, you wouldn't move a bunch of penguins from the north pole to the south pole. I don't know if something bad would happen or not but the "forced diversity" isn't automatically good for penguins. But a new subspecies of penguin in the north that evolves naturally is pretty much inevitable, causing a natural diversity. And the point (or rather the effect) of that diversity is when something awful happens to the region, some will be able to survive.

When it comes to human civilization, diversity has a different meaning than how we use it to describe nature. For humans we use the term diversity in a way that suggests we are above nature, or at least aim to be. It's not natural for a bunch of north pole penguins to exist in the south pole and the result of such relocations is usually either it becomes an invasive species or they get quickly overwhelmed and the world around them eats them all. That is also natural law but humans believe that humans should be able to be anywhere they wish without upsetting any balances that matter and that certianly would include "around each other."
