I think there are many sacrifices women have to make that men do not have to make, but there are also many things men have to sacrifice that woman do not have to sacrifice, such as military conscription or closing the income gap of a low wage earning wife.

It really depends what country you are in. In Afghanistan probably yes
I live in Australia and I would say no for myself. It’s not a disadvantage in Australia

Would you say it's an advantage or something neutral

In Australia neutral Men get paid a bit more in Australia than women but the difference isn’t that much.

Are you content with women's place in Australian society? And would you say you're personally content with your gender?

Yes, I am content. Men and women based on the law have equal rights but that still doesn’t mean some people get mistreated based on their gender, age, race, weight or religion. I am white, not overweight and also not religious so maybe I have been lucky to avoid some harassment and discrimination in the workplace or out in public places.
Being harassed or discriminated based on your gender, religion, race or weight probably does exist in Australia but I haven’t seen it a lot.
