He stacked that deck, so I imagine him winning if so.
Seems like many states might have him written off their ballots, if not. I don’t agree with that, but it’s still hilarious.

Wouldn't it be nice if the people claiming it's "deep state", "bogus", or whatever, rather than the judicial branch simply doing its job, could point out flaws in the actual reasoning.
"We hold as follows:
• The Election Code allows the Electors to challenge President Trump’s
status as a qualified candidate based on Section Three. Indeed, the
Election Code provides the Electors their only viable means of litigating
whether President Trump is disqualified from holding office under
Section Three.
• Congress does not need to pass implementing legislation for Section
Three’s disqualification provision to attach, and Section Three is, in that
sense, self-executing.
• Judicial review of President Trump’s eligibility for office under Section
Three is not precluded by the political question doctrine.
• Section Three encompasses the office of the Presidency and someone
who has taken an oath as President. On this point, the district court
committed reversible error.
• The district court did not abuse its discretion in admitting portions of
Congress’s January 6 Report into evidence at trial.
• The district court did not err in concluding that the events at the U. S.
Capitol on January 6, 2021, constituted an “insurrection.”
• The district court did not err in concluding that President Trump
“engaged in” that insurrection through his personal actions.
• President Trump’s speech inciting the crowd that breached the U. S.
Capitol on January 6, 2021, was not protected by the First Amendment."
@Juxtapose Those excuses didn't cut any ice with the court, because he also said "fight" about 20 times and...
"83. At no point did Trump ever credibly condemn violence by his supporters but rather confirmed his supporters’ violent interpretations of his directives. Professor Simi testified that through these repeated interactions, Trump developed and employed a coded language based in doublespeak that was understood between himself and far-right extremists, while maintaining a claim to ambiguity among a wider audience. 10/31/2023 Tr. 53:2–54:12, 65:20–66:20, 76:9–23, 211:13–218:24.
84. For example, violent far-right extremists understood that Trump’s calls to “fight,” which most politicians would mean only symbolically, were, when spoken by Trump, literal calls to violence by these groups, while Trump’s statements negating that sentiment were insincere and existed to obfuscate and create plausible deniability. 10/31/2023 Tr. 49:14–21, 59:7–17, 101:20–102:6."
Original ruling finding that Trump engaged in insurrection: www.courts.state.co.us/.../...%20Final%20Order.pdf
State Supreme Court ruling taking him off the ballot: www.courts.state.co.us/.../23SA300.pdf
@goaded According to Article 4 of the 24th amendment, ""The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
THE CONGRESS shall have power! Not the state supreme court. Only the Congress can enforce the 14th Amendment. The state supreme court is not the congress.
@exitseven good catch 🪝
@Juxtapose maybe but there first needs to be legislation and that is not going to happen.,
@exitseven The court is enforcing the 14th amendment, not the 24th. The Section 3 of the 14th, is self-executing. It's all in the court orders. Why do you think you have more persuasive arguments than Trump's lawyers tried?
Specifically: "states can, and have, applied Section Three pursuant to state statutes without federal enforcement legislation"
www.courts.state.co.us/.../...%20Final%20Order.pdf
Even if he was removed from all 50 you as a voter can always write who you would like to vote for. Removing someone from the ballot is kinda dumb given every voters has that option.
I don't think they will just pointing out they can

it makes me sad that the people in power think we are all so stupid to allow such a thing to happen. are they testing us? i'm under the impression that protesting does nothing. so, what's the solution?
we didn't vote biden in. the majority of people know he stole the election. biden kind of screwed our country to shit. not one rightist did anything about it. i'm kind of sick of politics. it is all for show
audits performed by a democratic committee? please
it's a little too late to cry about it anymore. i've moved on and i hope you are satisfied with the man you chose to ruin our country. anyhow, they can't remove him from the ballot. what a waste of taxpayer dollars! how much is being spent doing this just to posture?
I'm too drunk and too lazy to point out the democrats in charge of the election fraud committees but i assure you they exist. whether it happened or not is moot. i want a fair election for... actually i don't want to live here anymore. i think i'll move. the immigrants can have it and take over. i'm going back to where i came from before it was taken over.
you really haven't seen the election fraud in GEORGIA?
well, if you're not looking you won't find it. but there is testimony out there of the 2020 election fraud by people working the votes. there's a vid of an election count that was very suspicious. but i can't tell if it's authentic of the 2020 vote.
you never respond with credible evidence.
i saw it again 2 days ago. it looks like five black people rerunning the same documents or ballots. if the fight isn't over it is now. isn't there a system that says non-registered voter? or already voted?
what's the point of registering to vote when illegals are automatically registered?
well there aren't any black republicans silly
This is pretty important and Trumps attorneys have standing in the court so I think they will hear it. Hopefully justice will prevail and Americans will be allowed to vote for the candidate of their choice
Have you looked up the actual crimes convicted Jan 6ers committed? Beating cops, stealing federal property. Pissing in file cabinets.
Insurrection isn’t a crime so much as a description of intent. Beating cops. Threatening the VP and Speakers lives, that was what made up insurrection.
An unarmed Air Force veteran was the only one killed. Nobidy was hit with a fire extinguisher and nobody was beaten. The cops fired tear gas and flash bangs at the crowd that was gathered across the street. They had a permit to be there. There were I think 4 cops that committed suicide afterwards. Who kills themselves after seeing a guy putting his feet up on Pelosis desk, ? It is more likely they were killed because they were going to tell what really happened
@exitseven oh so it was suicide and not injuries.
@OddBeMe you made it sound like they were injured and then died.
@Juxtapose it was described as a ghost bus.
"It is more likely they were killed because they were going to tell what really happened "
Or they realised that they'd enabled the worst attack on American democracy in the history of the nation and got many of their colleagues hurt.
Babitt was killed because she was ignoring armed security protecting the people she was climbing over a barricade into the room full of VIPs at the head of a mob who had the building under siege.
@Juxtapose " Numerous charges have already been dropped because of entrapment. "
Name them.
@goaded Ashlee Babbitt was going through an open window. there was a cop with an assault rifle stationed behind her who just stood and watched. As she went through the window there was another cop about 20 feet away. He had his glock out and was pointing at at Ashlee Babbitt. His hand was shaking so much he was lucky he didn't shoot himself. He fired, hitting Ashlee Babbitt in the neck. She was killed basically for trespassing. This cop was not tried for murder or even fired. In fact I think Biden pinned a medal on him. .
@exitseven If Ashlee Babbit was coming through your window in your house, would you shoot?
@exitseven The window had been smashed open, there was a barricade of chairs on the other side of it, anyone shooting from behind her would have run the risk of hitting someone in the room that they were supposed to be protecting. And the distance between the officer and the criminal was a couple of door widths, so maybe 6-8 feet.
She was killed for being a clear and present danger to people with armed security.
Bombs had already been found that day, and she was wearing a rucksack. She was at the head of a mob that had violently stormed the Capitol, injuring dozens of police, and that particular group had just used a stolen policeman's helmet to smash the windows of the room. Of course she was menacing!
@goaded nobody has figured out just who belonged to that bag of explosives. It points to Antifa. And dozens of cops were not injured. The fake news immediately said that a cop was killed with a fire extinguisher. That was a lie that they never retracted. They lie first and ask questions later or more accurately they do the cover up later. There were 4cops that ellegedly committed suicide in the days that followed. The official fake news lie fest was that they could not live with the horrors that they saw. The guy with his feet up on Pelosi, s desk and the guy wearing g the horns on his head were apparently too much to bear. I think that the next day when they were all trying to get their story straight there were 4 cops that said they would not perjury themselves and would tell the truth about what really happened. All of sudden they turned up dead.
He will be removed from severeal ballots but it may not make much difference.
@exitseven I think the ballot would also be the general election too.
@exitseven arguable. But this ain’t a good road to go down for Dems.
@exitseven no it’s literally in the rule book, 14th amendment. You may not agree, but I could argue most of republicans are still Confederates.
@exitseven what happened to states rights? Lol. Guess you’re asking for federal ruling. Irony.
@exitseven insurrection ain’t in the constitution.
@exitseven enforcement seems like a judicial branch thing. But Congress was pretty busy Jan 6, being invaded by drunk Trump idiots.
Just confirms what Trump has said about the deep state
This is blatant lawfair and even people I know who are tuned out from politics think this is ridiculous.
I can't wait for it to backfire on them.
"86. The Court notes that Trump did not put forth any credible evidence or
expert testimony to rebut Professor Simi’s conclusions or to rebut the argument that
Trump intended to incite violence."
www.courts.state.co.us/.../...%20Final%20Order.pdf
We're still waiting for his criminal trials in that regard. Trump could have insisted on a speedy trial months ago, if he was sure of being exonerated. Instead, he's spent that time trying to push them until after the election because his only hope is to pardon himself for the crimes he knows he committed.
How many Republican members of congress asked for pardons for Jan 6? Why?
@exitseven Hunter responded to the subpeona. Why didn't the Republicans want his testimony public?
@goaded James Comer said that they had hundreds of documents they wanted Hunter to explain. They could not do it in a circus atmosphere. Besides, they wanted to get him under oath so if he lied he could be charged with perjury. If Hunter does not have anything to hide then why didn't he comply with the subpoena like Don Jr. And Eric did, ?
@exitseven He would have been under oath in front of the committee, too. If they had a single document that unambiguously proved wrongdoing, wouldn't that be enough? How about a few dozen they are almost sure of? If they can't prove anything from those documents, the rest probably won't prove anything, either. Comer doesn't have anything, and he's all but admitted it.
You're not responsible for your adult children.
Under oath:
I don't see why they couldn't fast track it. They have nothing else to do besides take expensive foreign holidays paid for by corporate donors.
@exitseven In Biden's case, it's not a scam. He is the author of Promises to Keep: On Life and Politics and Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship, and Purpose.
"Income from books Biden wrote years earlier were also listed. “Promises to Keep,” about Biden’s life in politics, and “Promise Me, Dad,” about the death of his older son, Beau, generated a total of $2,933, according to the filing."
Thomas has yet to disclose income from his books written 5 and 14 before Biden's.

.
I hope not. We can't survive four years of Trump.
This is fucking around Colorado doesn’t want to find out.
Probably, no one wants another civil war
Well other than Biden he can justify the elimination of the right wing altogether
Biden is Kissinger lite so is naturally big on genocide
Communist gonna commie
Why is the left so terrified of Trump?
It’s bogus
