How much are you paying for rent?

Downtown Toronto is for sure would be breaking my bank. I live in a two bedroom condo but my rent is covered as I am renting out my whole outside the city. Otherwise, just under $4000 including utilities and parking
$900 for a 2bdr condo in Myrtle Beach. Would be $1500 but my landlord is a friend of my dad.
very nice
around 1400$ month. good for new york. probably next year higher. too bad. other cities around 800$ for same. but near my job. but i can work anywhere?
$600 /mo. 1 bed, cheapest I could find in the area and it's a pretty cheap area, but surprisingly not bad.
That is really good.
Yes. A couple of my friends had big problems with their apartments, black mold and flooding. I was worried something like that would be the case with mine too, but so far so good.

In Shanghai - It’s cheaper.
So, 600 USD/month - It’s near the center but it’s a small - one bedroom apartment. 45 m² - Enough for one person though, plus I am out most of the time.
About 10€ per m².
Overall rent is 650€ for about 60m² 25m² garden, including heating, water, electricity, garbage.
We're currently paying $850/month. We did just buy a house though and our mortgage is going to be double that.
That's rough. Especially with interest rates as they are. You'll be glad you took the dive into homeownership as time passes
I rent to others...
definitely affordable
I haven't rented in years. The last time I was renting an apartment back in 1993 i was paying 750 a month for a 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and 1 bathroom. A 3 bedroom house in my area goes for about 3600. A month
I live in the Midwest, I live in a low col area, and my rent for a 3 bedroom home with full basement was 625 per month. That was until I bought.
wtf i thought the usa is expensive. 625 for a 3 bedroom home? that's cheap as fuck :D how many square feet was that?
1200 I think. It depends on where you are. My home in Say new York would cost 3k per month.
Our old house in the suburbs of Denver apparently goes for 4000 a month now. We're still friends with our old neighbors. It was a three bedroom 1900 square-foot house. We bought it for 250 K and sold a few years later when we moved away from Denver, got 360k for it
Damn we have some variance based on region but that is crazy.
No disagreement, the reality is the more blue, and the more population dense an area is, the more things cost.
That's no lie
Like $800 a month for 2 bedroom university housing. I have/ had a roommate.
Mercifully, I bought a home as soon as I could afford to buy
Don't rent, but it would be astronomical in the Rocky Mountain Southwest region.
Way too much, and I had to go an hour and a half out of the city to afford it without roommates
We have a fixed mortgage, we're just under $1000 a month in Salt Lake City Utah USA
just rent without appliances, heating and electricity: 480€ for separate bedroom, livingroom, restroom and kitchen.
i pay half in middle of town.. ceiling floor.. so I dont wanna say the cost but its good price for the place💀😓
Sixteen hundred monthly, but I'm in an assisted living centre, which I may leave in a few months.
I own a home and the mortgage payment is 2k a month, technically a little less cuz the 2k factors in fire insurance, mortgage fees etc
I own my house. I worked my a$$ off & had it paid off years ago now.
I'm not. I have fully paid up for my house!
$500 a month with a roommate
I own my house, i don't pay rent!
too much, but I enjoy the view, so...
I don’t pay rent, I own a house 🙂
1775 per month. Cheap for this area.
1700$ a month
I don't pay rent. I live with parents
