Scotland has updated its hate crime laws. In addition to traditional hate crimes such as racism and religious hatred, there's now an emphasis on '"feelings" and it's now illegal to body shame people to the point of emotional distress.
A government barrister gave an example of how employers could be prosecuted for not letting overweight people have a comfort burger at their desks or referring to them as fatty.
He went on to say, "Mockery of penis size has been shown to cause great anguish among many men leading to mental health issues. By making it illegal to mock or laugh at male genitals we hope to restore the dignity of the less endowed."
The Scottish parliament is now debating what should be considered small for legal purposes.

Scotland makes it illegal to laugh at small dicks. Is this a good thing?
If your country has such small dick sizes that you need to make a law to prevent me from pointing it out ill just call it out. Scotland has small dicks.
On a serious note, I am firmly against anything limiting free speech and I always feel compelled to call their politicians something I am not allowed to say considering I am a foreigner and they can't do anything about it.
So anyone in favor of this bill has small dicks, and i'd almost say we should remind them on twitter.
And yes I understand this may have been a play on an existing bill as an April fools joke, but the UK is actually insane enough to do something like this. The point still stands for what the bills are actually about if the small dick thing was made up.
the whole thing is a bit dictatorial and dangerous. not specifically the small dick thing, but weight (especially), and all that. but like this sounds like if you just say something like oh you know you should go on a diet you'd be prettier, or i like big dicks, you could be fined if the person is petty enough... it censors freedom of stuff in some ways. like when does stuff become body shaming. what should be illegal is bullying, not just remarks that are usually not ment to be mean
Is there going to be a measuring device in the town square similar to the ones judging height on fair roller coasters? "Must be this long and wide before being allowed to crack a wise one, unless it's yours."
I thought about getting some panties with lettering printed on them that said, "Must be this long to ride" with lines seven inches apart, but I thought that perhaps that would be too slutty even for me.
That makes more sense to me at least relatively than the fat shaming stuff. Because you can do something about being fat. But if you got a micropenis, what do you do? Maybe that plastic suction stuff but now you might just a 9-inch pencil penis. And that's probably even worse for da ladies unless they have a pencil-sized vagina.

Another stupid law. Just ignore it. I will continue to laugh at small dicks until my dying day, and there's not a THING that any pompous, bureaucratic legislator can do about it! :P

I saw this in the feed and somehow knew it was YOU who asked it. Well I'm above average in the 2 percentile, so it doesn't effect me. Also, it depends what you consider "small". Considering I'm in the 2 percentile, most dicks are considered "small" to me
