I have a problem with "they/them" for individuals. For example.
Dakota and Tyler both use they/them pronouns.
Dakota called up Tyler and asked them if they'd like to go to the coffee shop. They said Yes. Dakota picked Tyler up, and they drove to the coffee shop. As they left the car, Tyler spotted a group of friends of theirs. They went over to say hi while Dakota went into the shop.
Later Tyler and their friends came in. They studied the menu. Dakota realized they locked their keys in the car.
See how confusing that is

I have no problem with the normal pronouns aka she / he / they for individual people but I feel that people who use the bullshitty extra pronouns like Zie, Fae, etc are going to be a pain in the ass to deal with.
