I'll start off by saying that I am pretty liberal. I live in a rural area in Oregon where most of the population Is made up of conservatives. We all know about the antifa riots that happend in 2020. I agree with what they stand for, but destroying, and setting cities on fire in my opinion was not the way to go about it. This is my main question. Back in 2020 our sherrif posted on the official county sherrif page. He said that he's not sure if the rumors are true, but he heard that there may be a couple bus loads if antifa members coming to our town. He said that he has all his deputies, and some citizens with guns on standby to protect our town. That never happend. A lot of people in our town said that we should recall the sherrif for spreading misinformation. I don't really see what he posted as misinformation. He admitted in his post that that's just what he heard, and that he doesn't know for sure. What do you think? Does he deserve to be recalled or not?

Without being bias, would you consider thai a dumb reason to recall a sherrif?

Antifascist did not, in fact, set any cities on fire..
Oh. I guess maybe I'm misinformed.
It is common. But if you go to the same misinformers who said the cities were on fire 4 years ago you'll find their current images of the same cities show no ashes - only the same unburnt buildings. I dont understand how people can see the difference between what they are told and what is happening and still listen to what those people tell them. But I suppose the conservatives in your area have no incentive to know the facts about cities whereas believing lies makes them feel good.
Nope, he shouldn't be recalled, but he made the right decision. Its time to tell these antifa fucktards they aren't welcome in civilized areas of this country.
