Will the 2020s be defined by nostalgia?

We're getting closer to half-way of the decade. I've been wondering what will the decade be known as for future generations as they take a look at the culture and events. I'm starting to think that the 2020s will be known as the nostalgia years of humanity. Now Ik it's an odd thing to say considering people get nostalgic every year of every decade but considering the current pop culture. Nostalgia has definitely been an all time high and affecting all of it when it comes to video games, movies, and music. So I'm curious if you guys agree on this. Please no hate for this thought

It's called "Weimar Republic 2.0". It's the Nazis doing it again, socialism is center stage to create a world conflict, it's filled with all same hallmarks of censorship of moderate and right wing voices, homosexual caberet/drag story hour, wild boy/trannies, ANTIFA, political gang fights in the streets, political assassinations, hyper-inflation, demands for reparations that crashed the German economy, Black Berliners/BLM protests/riots, socialist false flags, drug abuse, human medical experimentation/experimental COVID vaccines & gender affirming surgery, introduction of a new currency, etc. They are running the exact same playbook from 1920s Germany in the 2020s to give rise to a new Nazi Reich. 99.9% of you are asleep at the wheel though... In Germany they called them the "Gold Twenties"... For them, gold is symbolic...

The `70's and `80's were nostalgic. Other than SOME people of today who tend to love the psych era of the late `60's and some of the prog albums of the `70's, there ISN'T much nostalgia, here.

I agree with you. So far this decade is making me miss the 2000's and even the 2010's. I know that things change over the years, it's normal but it seems that we're in a strange era.

Many people are now feeling nostalgic for decades past (like the 80's and 90's), but I'm pretty sure  no one  in the future will wish it were the 2020's again.
