I think you may have misread the condolences. They were official government condolences and nothing more. The Administration never called him a good man. In fact i think they said something about him "having blood on his hands" It was a standard diplomatic response and nothing more.

Politicians always do that when another leader dies, even the bad ones. Just basic diplomacy to puy you on the right track for future negotiations with their replacement.

No world leader speaks ill like that, they care to much about their profile and image. When have you ever heard a world leader saying i am glad he is dead an so forth. But to be fair Biden has always been wet and a appeaser.

Except he did none of those things. The president of Iran is not the same role as the president of the US. It is strictly domestic affairs. It would be like blaming our secretary of the interior for Trump getting Saudi Arabia to scuttle refineries at the height of the pandemic to permanently artificially inflate gas prices.
