Basically the government will pay landlords more than the standard rent so thousands of Irish tenants are being evicted and made homeless to make room for refugees.

Seems like this population replacement is happening all over Europe with Ireland set to take 1 million more foreign immigrants into a population of 5 million by 2030 with living standards and wages rapidly dropping while inflation and house prices rises.

When the government pays more to house refugees in rented accommodation, b&bs and hotels that raises people's rents. Why would a landlords not kick their tenants out to get more guaranteed money from the government. B&Bs and hotels are also housing immigrants for the Irish government

Airbnb is killing rural and coastal areas in the UK. Locals are pushed out by investors and the house sit empty apart from in the summer turning many places into ghost towns. Truth is if people were being evicted for refugees they'd either burn the house down or the locals would give the landlord hell

It's not declining. The population like in a lot of countries is unable to support more than 1 child due to lowering living standards, high house prices, high taxes, inflation and lowering wages. The living standards in wealthy countries like germany and france has been declining in the last 10 years due to mass immigration lowering wages and burdening the state. It means more welfare and cheaper labour.

When taxes, house prices, cost of living and inflation are so high compared to wages that they can have only 1 child per couple. The Irish population hasn't been this high since the Irish famines yet they intend to bring in 1 million immigrants by 2030 to a population of 5 million, that's 20%.

ok interesting but here's how we actually know this: if the number of children per woman goes below 2.1. that's how we know a population is declining. and if you look at the total population count and that is not declining while the birth rates are below 2.1, then you know that a population is getting replaced with immigration.

Of course taxes and houses affect the birth rate. Couples are going to have less children later if they are both forced to work 50 hour weeks to afford to live.

Something similar is happening in my country. Australia has taken about 200,000 immigrants pa. The housing market is geared up for that. But the federal gov't decided to increase the intake to 500,000 without saying so.

As everybody needs housing immediately it is not surprising dramatically increasing intake has created dramatic increases in rent. The gov't has announced it will "slash" immigration to 260,000 which is still a helluva lot more we are geared up for whilst the opposition wants to slash further to wash out the sudden influx.

If you are Irish then you and others need to form a new party and stand at the next election to kick the buggars out. Even just having conversations about how they are fucking up helps. Get out there mate and work it.

Yes! This is happening in America 🇺🇸 for quite some time now. The illegal aliens took over nice hotels where our military vets were being housed and the got kicked out and homeless on the streets.
