I would try my best to avoid him because people of that mindset feels partiality to them first by the nature and God hence feels irritating subconsciously and this can affect their decision making in case of dealing with ordinary man.

Hence, Better to think he gas illness. But I'm not completely supporting it. Sometime You will be required to hit him.

Your defense should be consistent with their attack. If that causes them to get hurt, well... they initiated the conflict and must take responsibility for that.

Probably not. How much damage could a handicap person really do anyway? I think it would be easy to just get them off of me, tell them off and leave.

It is reasonable to use sufficient force to protect yourself. If the handicapped person is in a wheelchair, it is simple to get away from them. Otherwise, you could simply try to restrain them.

Irrespective of who the person is, a guy, a girl, a kid etc, the rule of sensible minimum force must apply.
