Depends. I've had girls throw hands to defend my honor without even saying anything, which was nice lol. But I'm pretty good at dodging hits anyway. At most I would grab her fist mid air and hold it and talk her into calming down and once she cooled off I'd let go. Or is just back off. But I'd be never hit a woman. And push? I pushed a guy off me once when I was angry. Sucker ended up across the other side of a frozen pond before falling in. That was the last time I ever pushed anyone because I recognized I'm too big for all that. So most definitely not ever pushing a woman if that happened pushing a man. Guys shouldn't be putting their hands on girls, it's just dishonorable. Cops could get called too if I can record and show evidence or if she breaks skin or something or causes damage to my belongings.
I've dealt with this before, you just block them til they run out of steam, then walk away, if she's drawn any blood photograph the injuries just in case she calls the cops and has said that you assaulted her, if you have the chance before she starts hitting or even during the attack start recording everything on your phone as sometimes this can forestall or stop the attack once they realise are going to be recorded.

Lol you know I've only ever had physical altercations with guys. You hit me, and I'm hitting back. And then I'm gonna get my cousins to fuck you up too. And my cousins already know, one phone call and I'm there.
Let me tell you a story about a family member I have an aunt that always said her husband would hit her so I was very critical of this Uncle whenever I was around and I would let him know I didn't like him one way or another. Fast forward 10 20 years they got divorced I was in a bad situation they asked me to come stay with them to help get me back on my feet and in reality it was cuz they wanted a different place to live in you know her and my cousins. After seeing how irrational and crazy and schizophrenic my aunt was she tried to come at me a couple times over minor arguments like she was going to assault me and it wasn't even a serious issue and believe me with great restraint I had to hold back cuz she was so irrational and made me want to beat the s*** out of her and she would have deserved it but I didn't there's even more to the story but I'm not going to get into it here some people deserve to get their ass whooped regardless of their gender I just have a moral objection to hitting women. So whether or not her ex-husband was hitting her how many times did she hit him first before one day he snapped some people use that the moral belief to their advantage thinking that since a man won't hit them that they can do whatever they want and that's just wrong
Depends on the hit. If a girl is using light slaps or whatever against my chest, I restrain her wrists. If she aims for my face, I grab her hands tightly and put her in a hammerlock restraint (learned from security). If she takes a serious swing at me, that bitch is knocked the F' out cold. Man, woman, and anyone over the age of 15. I don't care.
I had an abusive mother, so I'm quite sensitive to that. I'm even the type who'll break into your bedroom in the middle of the night with a taser and stand over you while you sleep, if need be. (Yeah, I normally wouldn't say that un-anonymous, but screw it. I'm serious.)
I always say this. I even tell all my students this (and in Korea, it's more "acceptable" for girls to hit and beat boys). DON'T PUT YOUR HANDS ON ANYONE OUTSIDE A GYM OR A RING. I'm definitely, 100% not the "but she's a girl" type. You don't poke a sleeping bear with a knife and expect it not to maul you. And I'm not a happy enough person to stand there and take domestic abuse. If she wants to swing like a man, she can heal in the ICU like a man, as well. I'm even fully aware it's not the "smart" thing to dog given the biased court systems. I don't care though. Too much childhood baggage. I'll try to have someone record it beforehand, if need be, so I have evidence.

Like I said, gender is irrelevant. And anyone over 15, age is irrelevant to. But if it's a love tap or something, then I'll simply restrain her.
Hell I will die if someone beat me up lol. But I have this friend who is black belt in Taekwondo and always sticks to me almost most of the time I'm out so yeah I don't need to say anyone she will jump in the fight on her own. She is very loyal so I trust her. Though I will pity the guy who would end up groaning in floor. Trust me she is so good in these things and I have seen her knocking down a 5'10 height senior with my own eyes. If I am alone then I will defend myself and probably run away calling the cops because I can't raise my hand on anyone it's something which is not my type. I would get in a fight only if someone touches my loved ones. Other than that I don't need to enter in violence because I am so good at roasting and so savage that the person wouldn't dare to touch me cuz she/he will only get embarrassed at last.
If it’s my girl or my wife (actually has happened in the past a few times) I walk away if it’s a random chick hitting me and there’s a female around that can fight then I’ll have them get her other wise I’ll block her punches and walk away one time me and 2 homeboys got into a bar fight with the whole bar and I guess I busted a bottle over her man’s head and there was a pile of dudes and I wound up on top and was blasting dudes and all of a sudden pop pop I got hit in the mouth twice and as I was throwing a punch I realized it was a female and pulled my punch but she kept coming as I was running backwards slapping her hands away (she got in the best punches on me) and behind her a bunch of dudes were getting to come after me so I stopped and told her I was gonna knock her out just to make her stop and it worked then I continued fighting my 1 homeboy got dropped and quit and me and my other homeboy cleaned house that was my most fun fight
The days of men not hitting women BECAUE they are women are long gone. I am a full supporter of men "returning fire" when they are physically assaulted by a woman, as I have been more than once.
Here's the problem. Men have long been taught to never hit a woman under any circumstances, and women have been taught they can get away with hitting a man for that reason. There is also a false perception that a woman cannot hurt a man. I once saw a man who was seriously injured when a woman started punching him. He just tried to fend off her blows but she landed on and he fell into a marble fountain and cracked his head and cut his forehead. He was in the hospital for days and could have been killed. Had he simply returned her assault and incapacitated her he would not have the scar he has.
We need to remove gender from this equation entirely and stop teaching boys to no defend themselves against girls. If any one assaults you, lay them out! And if you are smaller than someone, don't pick a fight with them, regardless of your gender or theirs. Women need to learn the lesson that they can no longer hide behind their gender. They need to realize that if they pick a fight with a man, they can expect to get their asses kicked. That is the only way we solve this problem.
I am a somewhat proficient martial artist. Once when I was 19 my mother who's a 'drama queen' Scorpio tried to slap my face in argument. She swung and I blocked her strike.
She yelped "YOU hit me!" And I countered that "NO, I stopped you from hitting ME. HAD I struck you, you'd be on the floor! " She countered "I wish I hadn't had you..." in her anger.
I replied: "I don't recall having any say in THAT matter, I DID NOT ask to BE here... may I suggest we try to make the best of the situation!" Which only infuriated her further, because I was not in fear of her~
Oh man if my guy was physically hitting me in front of my family. Given my history, my family would take him out back and no one would ever see him again. There is lots of wide open space to bury a body or feed to the pigs.
They'd have to be pretty damn stupid to do it in front of my family. Of course the first time a guy hit me, it would be over. I would never hit anyone, no hitting back either.
Seriously though, that is something I hope would never happen. I would explain that long before we got around them. If he hit me not around them, it would still be over. Last thing I want is any family members getting in trouble with the law.
Well, now by any means I would not at all condone hitting a female, but I do agree with the other responder , u allow it to happen and that will be the basis of your relationship.. you need to definitely try and restrain her just enough where she understands you won't allow that ...
There are things you learn fast as a little brother. One of them is that if you don't hit back, you're sending the message that you're okay with being hit. Another is that violence really sucks, and is best avoided. I don't discriminate, though. If I can't get away (or the cost of it is too high), I'll put an end to it- but trading blows usually ends up maximizing pain, instead of minimizing it.
I've gotten the best results with what you might call "open restraint": pin someone's arms to their sides and they'll think they're being attacked, and struggle even harder. Grab their incoming fist and heft them off the ground by it, and they'll quickly stop. People tend to assume that being fat means you have no muscle; a demonstration that that's not the case usually gets the message across very fast.
I don't have any issue with hitting a woman I've done it on several occasions back when I did martial arts.
But I'm not gonna hit someone without a really good reason woman or not.
But at the same time I'm not just gonna stand there and let someone hit me repeatedly I'd give them a warning and if they didn't stop they'd be restrained and taken home where they'll stay.
If you can't act appropriately then your not gonna be there. And your certainty not going to sit there and hit me you sure as hell ain't gonna be abusive towards me nor are your going to be an embarrassment in front of my family.
It's difficult to act in self-defense against a girl who might be abusing her rights, because you never know what kind of accusation someone would make. I suppose even shoving a female away who is continually beating a man might land a man in jail, so that's tough. So I'll try to confine them with as little physical contact as possible (maybe simply grasping their wrists). Then I can just tell them to stop because I'll be in command. If they comply, that's great, and I can walk on; if not, I'll have to call the cops.
Now, if someone I know is jokingly hitting me, I can take it, I won't mind, and I might jokingly return the favour.
I don't hang out with loud, belligerent thug trash. So the only chance I would have in being attacked by a chick would be if I didn't know her. If that was the case, I wouldn't be restrained by any notions of chivalry. She would have to be totally out of control to physically attack me in the first place, so I'd respond with minimum necessary force to neutralize the threat. A fist would be a last resort. My first thought is to block her attacks and use a take down move to make the bitch land hard on the ground with as little effort on my part as possible.
I'd watch her closely to be sure she wasn't armed. Just because she's female doesn't mean that she can't be deadly.
I'm not into fights nor violence of any type. My first reaction would be avoiding a fight at all cost, getting away and blocking hits.
If he insist on trying to hit me, I'm going to have to apply some self-defense techiniques I've learned. It's not going to look good for him.
I wouldn't let anyone fight for me, I'd miss out on all the fun. As a guy I'd think resisting and blocking would be more natural if being hit by a girl. Which I like to do actually. Having girls punch the heck out of you can be fun, and kinda sexy I think One of my favorite flirting tactics a girl did with me. But as a woman being hit by a man for one everyone would step in and consider castration on the guy. Now if she's like buff and butch and knows how to take men down in a few swings then it's just a fun fair fight and I'm going in throwing hands just as much. It depends on their skill and body type compared to mine.

My brothers learned the same lesson, but they were taught not to be the one to instigate it or as my dad used to say "if a woman wants to act like a man, treat her like one".

the only things that have made me fight other men is when they already hit someone I care for, or... when they get incredibly stupid so that's dangerous, and that's when their lights off is the best way to go

You walk away from that situation. If you can't you restrain or redirect as much as possible. Though if she actually knows how to fight you defend yourself (I know women that can kick some a$$)

That wouldn't happen. I would not tolerate that type of disrespect. I would be gone after the first occurrence. I would drive away and leave her there. She would have to find a ride home with someone else.
If I am alone (not with family), and a girl is seriously at fault, and she is keen on using force; then I will let her beat me first, one time only, and then when she gets ready for second blow, I will definitely hit her under the guise of self defense.
Some people only understand the language of the punches. But I try to take on the things, verbally, 98% of the time.
If I am with a family member, my mom is enough for them.🤣😂
