Identical siblings have 0 variation in their DNA. However, they don't have identical fingerprints, handprints, toeprints, or footprints. Since we don't catalogue any of these except fingerprints, they're the most accurate identification tool we have.

Except the person has to be present to test it. You fund fingerprints and if they're I'm the system, they'll match.

It's funny you say that. I don't recall ever seeing a case where they're trying to determine who the father is and do so with a fingerprint.
