Do most Americans appreciate their freedom?

I doubt it. I know I do. A lot of Americans say this is the worst country ever. But most of them have never been outside of the US. Yet there’s thousands of people risking their lives everyday to come here. A lot of Americans are spoiled. They complain the system is rigged against them, can’t get ahead in life. But yet you have foreigners come here all the time earning Master’s degrees. I have been to a lot of places on my own as well as the military. I’m happy here. After all the things I’ve been through, seen. Sure America isn’t perfect but damn a lot of other countries are far more worse. Guarantee if you pulled up some buses, told everyone who thinks America sucks to get onboard so we can take you to another country to swap you out. No one would get on. A lot of women included who complain about this “patriarchy,” they’re definitely not getting on that bus to the airport to the Middle East. Like no you get on so you can go fight for equality for these women who are oppressed in these other countries.

They do, critiquing the way their leadership is miserable doesn’t mean they don’t appreciate the power of voting in a democratic republic.

Some of us do. Less among the younger generations. They are more entitled.
