I’m not referring to the voting part, but men in women’s sports… Hell no! As a gymnast, I was lucky that the men couldn't do what we did, because their center of gravity is too high! I’ve seen amazing female gymnasts have a growth spurt, and they were unable to do any of the routines anymore, because they were just too unstable on the beam, and with few exceptions guys just cannot do the floor exercises we do. But then again, there isn't a female gymnast who could do the rings like the men do! But swimming, boxing, wrestling, martial arts, hell even power lifting. Women just cannot compete with men, (or former men) there is just too much of a difference between us with regards to strength, and especially upper body strength. Just look at the women's world champion soccer team. They were beaten, not once but at least twice by a boys under 15 soccer league! That should have been all the proof we needed to decide that boys and “former" boys, should NOT be playing on girls sports teams. They absolutely should not be in our changing rooms and showers!

Men (X-Y chromosomes) have more testosterone which is often cited as one reason they have more potential in most sports since most require superior speed and strength. And that contributes to larger muscle size on average. But in addition to muscle size, there is a biological difference in the structure of muscles between men and women. Women's (X-X chromosomes) muscle tissue is more elastic as it is necessary for childbirth. This is what makes them more flexible (which explains why they can perform certain gymnastics more gracefully but not necessarily more powerfully).
Also I agree about the center of gravity issue. A shorter body with large thighs seems to make a good female gymnast.
Exactly!!! This is a bit unrelated but I am amazing at arm wrestling but once I arm wrestled my friend's brother and boy when I told you bro was STRONG, He doesn't even work out! Do we really want men competing in women's sports?
@RingOfFire Oh yeah, you should have seen me during my prime. I was 4’10, maybe 4’11 with very muscular thighs, and killer abs! Thankfully although my abs are still amazing, my thighs have now finally started to look more feminine and rounded.

Even given the same muscle mass men's muscles are stronger because of the different structure of the tissues. But women are more flexible.
I'm a pretty strong guy, but I have a friend that was a world class professional arm wrestler when we were younger. He's tall and fit (still is), but not really muscular. We used to work out at the same gym and one time I challenged him to an arm wrestle during a workout.
At the time I was really buff and muscular and a competitive weight lifter, so I figured no problem. He can't be THAT good.
Boy was I wrong!
I gave it all I got and thought great! a few seconds later and this world class guy didn't get me down yet!

He might have ambiguous genitalia but I am hoping your election can - in part - be a referendum on whether those with XY chromosomes are at liberty to punch the shit out of XX chromosomes'ed competitors. I support this. Women don’t need to be athletes they want to be. And if men can enter the bathrooms then the fathers and brothers can follow their wives children and sisters in and protect them…
Should it be like this? Absolutely fucking not. But we need to find a reason to value men again and we need women to understand you can’t always get what you want.
Interesting take, but I assume it has an element of sarcasm since you agreed it should not be like this.
The biggest problem I have with this aside from the danger it poses to women is that it is clearly a political tool to force certain beliefs on the citizens and confuse them to add to the chaos in the society so that they can tear that society down and rebuild it the way they want.

Ring… hear me out. This society don’t value me and my contribution. These women don’t like me but they complain the men they do like don’t treat them right. The men I find myself surrounded by are let’s say not the ideal a man should be. If our society burns and starts over maybe I can have a better life. Even if it gets worth I can watch as the society that never valued me disappears. Either way I win.

We have changed the law so that "custody" no longer exists, and BOTH parents get the exact same amount of time with their children now, alternating three days one week, and four days the next! Which of course also reduces the amount of child support.) it's something I'm actually proud to have lobbied governor DeSantis to sign. I've always felt that men deserve more respect in our society for all they do. After all, men do the most dangerous jobs in our society, and I have never seen a feminist standing on the dock demanding equal representation on deep-sea fishing trawlers, or at building sites, asking for equal representation for women to work as a roofers in the summer in Florida! No, they only one equal representation in air-conditioned offices! In other words… They want it easy!
However, I don't see how allowing men in women's locker rooms, women's bathrooms, and women's sports will help garner any favor towards men! If anything, it will breed resentment amongst the normal men who don't want dudes in dresses, anywhere near their teenage daughters! I both understand and sympathize with your displeasure, at the way men are treated in society today. But lobbying for perverts to be in the changing rooms with little girls is not exactly going to win you any support when it comes to not treating men poorly.
And rest assured, it's not all people who believe that men are over “useless”, just like it's not all women who would actually pick the bear! I There's an excellent video out there of a woman hiking when she comes across an actual bear. She runs away from it, at times, growling and barking like a dog. When suddenly she comes across a man., and the first words out of her mouth are “Oh thank God! There's a fckn’ bear!” That's what I like to call reality hitting the bullshit fantasy!

I don’t want to waste more of my life waiting for your small changes to have an effect. I am tired of putting into words how detrimental it is for our young men to feel useless, alone, unloved, not valued. We have lasted this long due to the shear amounts of sedation in the form of entertainment but when major things happen like market crashes this sedation stops working. We see it now more and more violent crimes, more and more men separating from society. They are responsible for their own actions but by all accounts all of you that ignored them and treated them as though they were beneath you are to blame as well. This system breaks our young men and nobody cares… you might care but where are you and what have you done for us? But we have to sacrifice for you? We men are still expected to step up when lives are on the line and we are afforded no respect for it.
I had a discussion on here the other day. If a man does something good to benefit then they don’t deserve to benefit. Essentially that’s what they said I’m just wording it poorly. If you expect to gain from an act of goodness you are a bad person… You should just want to do for others regardless if you gain anything. I understand this but absolutely NOTHING we do is without the intent of gaining something. It’s called an incentive. Tell me, what is my incentive to defend your system that puts me down and treats me as disposable?

All of our problems are because of the failure of us to care about other people. This man was bad to me so I’m gonna be bad to him. So since she was bad to me back ima going to be worse to her. Thats just one single issue. Now consider the multitudes of issues we have right now spreading… abortion, rights, Trump, Democrat, Republican, he, she, LGBTQ+, borders, money, etc… Every time we see the other side as beneath us we belittle them. When we are not treated like our opinions are valid we war with ourselves and make everything worse. We can barely disagree without someone being stabbed or insulted. We are driving cars through crowds over who they voted for… and as much as I don’t want to admit it it’s men doing the violent things. This is the only way they can feel valued by throwing themselves into something and sometimes hatred is the only thing they can throw themselves into… full circle that hurts everyone.
