Should a woman who refuses to follow court ordered custody agreements face jail time if men face jail time for failing to pay support?

Before some woman says something like "but what about abuse", abuse is not a part of the equation here, it's not happening in this situation, full stop. Any mention of abuse will be deleted immediately. Don't engage in logical fallacies. She's just refusing to follow the custody agreements because she's angry at the ex. When the man files contempt of court nothing happens. Said father has not seen his son or daughter in over a year. The mother has told the children that the father does not want them despite him desperately trying to see his children. Desperately trying to stay in contact. She actively hides them.

I personally believe full custody should be granted to the father and she should be forced to go to jail.

Here is the rub, women are far more likely to alienate the father, and far less likely to pay support if the roles are reversed and the father has full custody. This is a statistical fact. Women tend to hate the father far more than they love thier children. They tend to use the children as a weapon against the father. Holding them hostage if she is angry with him and so on. But no one talks about this. The man in this story is my brother. He was alienated from his kids, it wasn't a year. It was 5 years. He fought and fought to see his kids, the vindictive piece of shit mother repeatedly violated court orders without consequences. They had joint custody, 50/50, but after the divorce was finalized she moved 1800 miles away to be with her new drug addict pedophile boyfriend.

Eventually my brother shot him self. Ending his life.

I personally feel like she should be facing charges for both the alienation and his wrongful death.. But alas because vagina she faces nothing.
