If the state actually wants to be so progressive, I think it’s long overdue. It really hurts the LGBTQ community to criminalize the practice. Legalization doesn’t increase human trafficking, neither does it increase sexually transmitted infections.

I'm surprised they didn't legalize rape at this point, they hardly ever prosecute sex offenses it seems
I think a lot of sex offenses do not get prosecuted nationwide, especially in the poor southern states where nobody wants to be like Mississippi.
Very true unfortunately. And sadly Alaska is still the rape capital of America. :/ "not a matter of IF, but WHEN, and if you'll survive"
Yes Alaska is a troubled state with systemic problems due to the indigenous community in the state. Likely would get charged in California before an offender would get charged in many states like Oklahoma, Texas, South Carolina, Louisiana, etc.
I say just skin em. all and have their slow deaths on pay per view
