The parents played dumb and obviously kept allowing the 14 yr old unfettered access to their arsenal of AR 15s.

14 yr old with a gun, charge those parents.

Anyone who loans a friend or family member a weapon and it is used in violence should face prison time to allow family & friends to stop loaning guns to people who should never have been given access.
