Anyone who kills for any reason besides self defense can not call themselves civilized. He is no longer a threat so the only reason to kill him is to satisfy our animal urges.

He's 14 so I'm not comfortable killing him. He can go to prison for a long time though. Doesn't mean he's innocent though so I didn't vote.
