Should people voting by mail be given a second chance to get it correct?

There have been discussions and debates about allowing people a second chance to correct their mistakes on election ballots.
Some people seem that they forget to sign. Put on the proper date. Mail them in time to meet the deadline. Or even given a second chance to vote for all of the candidates.
I say if they can’t follow instructions. Then they shouldn’t be voting!

If people can not read and comprehend instructions. How much would they be able to know about the candidate that they are voting for? Without using someone else’s opinions.

That would simply create more opportunities for fraud.
