How many Floridains will be staying behind to rob houses?

With a hurricane approaching Florida millions of Floridains are fleeing the country leaving their property unguarded. So it's safe to assume quite a few will be staying behind to do a bit of robbery. Am I right?

1. Some Floridians will engage in looting. There are criminals in Florida just as there are in all other states. However, most Floridians are honest and law-abiding citizens.

2. Some Floridians will resist evacuation because they don't want to leave their home, NOT because they want to engage in looting.

I have no idea of the implications, nor the extent. I'm just baffled by how it is possible for mankind to live in a place constantly destroying itself. It's not new, but this capacity is fascinating lol

Some might stay and rob but the police and National Guard will be back soon after patrolling. They just told people if you stay, write your name on your body so you can be identified.

there are always morons who refuse to evacuate. Most looting happens in stores, not homes, though. Easier to smash and grab. Don't have to search through the house to find stuff.

If it's like Katrina, houses will be robbed though.
