What is the most unethical thing you have seen someone doing?

my project management does it all the time. if we don't have signatures of clients for our project (which happens a lot if you're a social worker and people just never respond all of a sudden, cause they're back on drugs or whatever, he'll just fake the signatures in the files so we we can get payed. needless to say if a client ever finds out and sues, he's going to prison. no 2 ways about that.

i mean he doesn't fake signatures so we get money for work we didn't do. he does it so we get the money for the work that we did do but can not legally proof without that signature. so i can't really fault him for that. cause we could not do our work if he didn't do that and then people wouldn't get help. i guess "unethical" isn't always black and white.
