Not really. Pretty much every language borrowed words from someone else. I would say it's English. It's the most widely spoken language and so many non English speakers integrate English words into their diologue. But a lot of English words are also derived from French, so you could also make a strong case for France. So maybe both French and English share the title, because modern English wouldn't exist if it weren’t for French.

Google agrees with me that it's English and French. Greek isn't even in the top 10. Greek isn't that relevant anymore. It mostly influenced math and science terms. In ancient times I could make a strong case for Greek, but not for current times.

Even Latin owes a lot to Greek. I think because the letters aren't instantly recognisable, the language doesn't get the credit it perhaps deserves.
