In relation to Harris calling Trump a fascist and a threat to democracy, after a second attempt was made on his life (provided it wasn't an inside job).
Trump has called Harris, Biden, and every opponent fascist and worse. Odd how they didn't result in assassination attempts. Maybe because he's not trusted... However, if you can't call them that, why are they okay with Trump doing it.

GOP went nuts when Biden was filmed saying this. If it's actual outrage, it's clearly just because it referred to them and not the wording used.
Trump has called his detractors both vermin and garbage multiple times. Apparently, it was not a huge deal for him to say these things. So, I can't imagine that the wording was offensive, just that it described you.

You seem to think that it's okay for Trump to do things that it's not okay for his opponents to do the same. You seem to think it's okay to storm The Capitol to protest results when EVERY SINGLE OTHER LEGAL option failed. However, you'd be appalled if the democrats did the same if Trump wins.

If you actually want an ounce of credibility maybe have a moral compass. Trump was just as wrong as Harris using those words. Calling others garbage is wrong regardless of the person doing it. Those who stormed The Capitol and were not peaceful (there were some in the crowd that didn't enter the building or come in contact with police) deserve their punishment and shouldn't be pardoned. Otherwise, you are the textbook definition of a hypocrite and can't be trusted to stay true to anything.

He's getting older
He wants to spend more time with his family
He felt that his age put him at a disadvantage against Trump who he believed to present a clear and present danger to the U. S. remaining a democracy

If he didn't want to leave, he wouldn't have left. I think he was aware that he probably couldn't beat Trump. Since Trump is quite possibly the biggest threat to the way of life we take for granted, he decided a stronger candidate would be better.
Before you get all pissy because you disagree
1) Threating to use the military against those who are against him. No non dictatorial leader would even consider this.
2) Actually, liking most of what is in Project 2025, even though he hasn't read it yet. With rare exceptions I am related to 1+ people (unless it's me personally) who will be negatively affected by any part of Project 2025 going into effect.
3) Possibly putting someone who distrusts every vaccine in control of the agencies overlooking vaccine rollouts (CDC, FDA, WHO) in the U. S. Without the COVID-19 vaccine, I would be dead.
