It is a good start. DEI just causes less efficiency in government. President Trump is hiring according to ability. This will get us the best candidates for the job. Also all those workers that worked for that department all make big salaries along with benefits and a bloated pension at the end. Along with their assistants and secretaries. This saves the taxpayers billions.
