Which do you think is the greatest civilization of antiquity and why, between the Egyptian, Greek, Roman and Persian civilizations?

Tough question as you should adjust for the times. I think it was Egypt but possibly another early civilization that first built walls that tied in together rather than butted against each other. That was a biggie. We don't have a cuneiform civilization in the list but Egyptians were early adoptors and some of our letters derive from them - we could barely do without the letter A. Egypt did not invent agriculture but again were early adoptors and were part of the fertile crescent. Many things.
I know little on the Persian civilization so I can't argue much for them out of ignorance
Rather than "Greek, Roman" I round up to Greeco-Roman which I am going to go for because of the their continuing influence on Western civilization. The Pantheon is still the largest unreinforced concrete span and their concrete was self healing and ours isn't. Our conrete doesn't last 2000 years.
So they are still better than us. But Egypt and Persia aren't.
@Twalli Empires always fall. I think the inherent problem is there is no accepted succession plan as there is with democracies. With empires the oldest son succeeding is the plan but that does go awry and a civil war is the ultimate succession plan.
Dynastic China could be in the list. I was surprised a couple of years ago that American Indians around the Great Lakes had a copper age and there are megaliths in one of the great Lakes found recently. Whilst I was vaguely aware of Incan roads and was surprised at the extent and road paving.
To make it simple I gotta give it to Ancient Egypt.. Even though Ancient Rome and Greece would have a bit more impact on Western civilization.. Ancient Eygpt was pretty damn impressive.. I still don't think they know how exactly the pyramids were built.. Not to mention it probably lasted the longest out of all the choices.. I mean ultimately it's not easy to say which was better because they all excelled at different things.. But if we're going on longevity and impact I give the edge to Egypt..
Rome was the most influential. Our legal system, religion, government system, and even big parts of our language all came from Rome. The funny thing about the Romans is they borrowed heavily from other cultures. The Greeks did this too. The Julian calendar (which our calendar was based on ) uses the solar system that the Egyptians used and combined it with the lunar system.
the Empire of Magania the most tremendous civilization in the history of all time, believe me,

From my perspective Irish Celtic society. I am biased because I'm an Animist and Irish though. That said Celtic paganism in ancient Ireland had a lot of overlap with my beliefs in fact researching the druids and the old gods is part of what helped me develop my spiritual stance.
In the context of those times, I'd be happiest in a small little Irish village as a farmer having a quiet life close to nature with a small cottage to live in. TBH that actually sounds good right now too.
"Antiquity", probably Roman. Just because of how vast it was and how it was able to preserve its culture for so long and keep the people it conquered happy.
All had their highs and lows. I can't say one us the greatest, because they were not concurrent and built on the successes of others while not repeating the same failures.
Egyptian, Full of experiments, sin and they lived life to the full.
Egyptians had complex systems for everything, yet they were able to build pyramids.
Atlantis. Because it has yet to be found.
