The child was in the hospital with pneumonia and also had some other illness that is abbreviated with three letters that I can't remember. But they are saying that he died of measles.
It's like during covid when someone died in a motorcycle crash or congestive heart failure but later tested positive for covid on a bogus pcr test, they listed the cause of death as covid.

One very common side effect of measles is pneumonia and there is another fatal condition called HLH if that rings a three-letter bell, perhaps? What people usually die from are the complications that develop because of having measles. So, it can justifiably be said that they died from measles.

The point about vaccination is valid, and if vaccination requirements change. It appears vaccination helps reduce, doesn't eliminate this issue. As well, is there any statistics on the downside of the vaccine... adverse reactions? I doubt it. So we are comparing something to nothing.

Hopefully we get better balanced reporting rather than these knee jerk social reactions.

What this means is that fixing nutritional deficits in your vulnerable populations is more important to avoiding disease outbreaks than jabbing everyone with patented pharmaceutical products.

All that article says is that it might be possible to reduce the efficiency of vaccines by giving too high a dose. It doesn't say that any vaccines are being given at too high doses, afaics. The measles vaccinations are about 97% effective, and have been since 1963. Why would anyone want to risk that result by possibly giving too low a dose?

A pathogen is in this case the virus itself, not the vaccine. More viruses equal higher susceptibility to morbidity, which should be instinctively correct. More virus = higher probability of illness.

Of course they did. If more than a few children are infected, some are sure to die. Vaccinating children should be mandatory, as the risk is essentially zero, but the risk of not vaccinating is significant.

The child in TX passed due to complications from RSV and pneumonia. Their immune system was already compromised when they contracted measles. The mom has been commenting on local official reports asking for them to stop spreading fear and misinformation! Child was not vaccinated for MMR due to allergy. I cannot believe the news is blowing this up and profiting off this family’s loss. My Heart aches for the family.
