Why do we need to identify more genders?

I'm not trasphobic. But I tried to find out reason myself but I'm not able to so I want to know and learn from others and from their knowledge especially from those who identify themselves from any other genders other than just simply male or female.

What is the need to identify more genders? Why can't we keep it simple like I'm a male with more feminine quality in me or I'm a female with more masculine quality in me. Even who takes birth as transgender by birth because of their such genes they also either feel like male or female. So even they can categorise themselves as that. Or we can keep an extra categories for them. So we can keep 3 genders at max. But why we need sis female trans female etc. According to me it does only complicate everything more. Like we don't know we should allow trans female into a female bathroom or not. Using this loophole any male can go female bathroom telling they are trans. Will it be okay?

There are those who will demand this of you and present a variety of threats and accusations if you do not. It is up to you how much weight you give to social pressure.

This issue of social pressure is inherently more oppressive and compelling for women due to some strange biological difference I don't fully understand (but the research is very interesting if you decide to look it up). So it will be harder (on average) for you to think your own thoughts when surrounded by people with all similar opinions on a topic.

And the more you want to be part of a group or community, the more you will passively absorb their perspective to keep yourself from becoming an outcast.

But the research also shows that if you have just a single person sharing your own thoughts and feelings, it becomes dramatically easier to maintain an integrity of self.

I don't think most trans women (male at birth but now transitioning) mean any harm when going to the females restroom... but there were a few situations were trans women did want to sexually assault females. I always thought if you were MTF that automatically made that person gay (aka since they are trying to become a woman then it would be seen as straight). My stance and understanding is that presently at least 99.9% of people born are gendered based on their sex , the genitalia / chromosomes they possess at birth with the exception of intersex which is extremely rare.

Maybe you are right. This could be one way to handle this issue. But I wonder how far this could be possible to implement it in practical terms.

If it's more important for someone to identify themselves as something then I don't think they would be easily to give up their identity for such complicated social issues. They may get rigid about their those given identity.

In present scenario I feel like same thing is happening. Maybe this all started just to give themselves a freedom to identify themselves as they feel about themselves. But later on they got so attached and so rigid about their these identities that now to prove their point they are trying to make it most important issue by teaching children about it in their textbooks etc.

So if someone wants to identify themselves then won't it be better to keep only two categories as main categories and all other gender should be classified under those two as subcategories. I think even that could be better way to classify them by keeping it simple.

According to my suggested classification, I feel like gender should be classified according to what genitals they do have at present. No matter if someone do identify themselves as another gender still as long as they do have that genital with them they should be identified with that only. But yeh we can have sub categories inside that so like that they could identify themselves according to what they do feel.

And I don't think there can be anyone so insane to have complicated mix and match of all genitals with them same time. They will either have this or that. As far as I do understand (i could be wrong you may reject me if I'm wrong) most of people do fear or feel uncomfortable because of genitals or gender specific organs. Rape cases are also mostly related to that. In bathroom they will be not at all comfortable with the presence of person who has different genitals or different gender body with them. So i feel that could be better way to classify them.

And when in reality nature made genitals or body type as binary only then I don't think anyone should have problems with not accepting it as that. Even if we try doing permutations and combinations of both then there will be only 4 kinds of combination. One having female body type and genitals another with male body type and genitals another with both body type and genitals and another with having none which is impossible. So still only 3 combination it makes at max in total.

But because they have female genital we can classify it under female categories. But if they want their specific identity that female who can't get pregnant or female with no Womb or no ovries then we can make any such sub categories under that main categories of female. So like that their demand will also be fulfilled. They can be identified as they want. But it would be just a term to identify that this is they. Like one word for explaining whole sentence. We need not to classify it as different genders.

So, about the first point. I do understand people go through a lot emotionally, they do struggle a lot when they don't have something naturally as they want it to be. And to have that bare minimum requirements to feel true happiness they need to go through a lot. Struggle with themselves, struggle with families, struggle with religious ideology, and so on. And because of these all struggles they becomes more rigid to their this side. I do understand what they do feel. But that can't change the fact na that our body can either be this or that at the end. No matter how big is our struggle for achieving that bare minimum still fact remains the fact.

For example if someone born in poor family of Africa. But he is not happy with his life and he wants a comfortable life with good health and respectful life. His demand is bare minimum. But because of the situation he got born he has to struggle like anything to have that bare minimum it may be so difficult for him as almost impossible. But still at end that bare minimum condition he is willing to have will only have that much value only. It won't be as big as some king's castle. He won't become king. Even after that much struggle neither his that life will become so great for him or have extra benifits for him than the other people who are having all those since birth without any efforts.

In India I see the beautiful example of this.
