Has gender identification gone too far?

Yes, and it has nothing to do with sexuality at all so I have no idea why it’s shoved into the same category for free immunities.
Stereotypes are fine. A guy can wear a dress and have long hair, and he’s still a guy. Many years ago, everything’s that’s made for women used to be made for men, so it just makes no sense. Clothing, hobbies, feelings, etc. does not shapeshift your genetalia, it only tells us which stereotypes are put onto one more than the other.
The problem lies, and everyone from all backgrounds, wings, sexualities, races, ages, etc. agree that it is not okay for a man to just claim he’s a woman and walk into a changing room or bathroom, to involve minors in this and hyper-normalise their sexualisation, mutilate healthy body parts, creating a sexist caricature of a man/woman, being a straight person fetishising the gay opposite sex/being a gay person having to conform to being straight, and to shove a delusion in everyone’s faces then project and gaslight everyone for even accidentally saying the wrong pronouns like it’s the end of the entire world. Today’s world is enabling and rewarding their insecurities, obviously they will react toxicly insecure at the slightest disagreement.
Do people identifying as dogs and fairies have human rights now? Questioning their logic. Or do they want only the positives of both sides and admit they’re actually not as dog as they think they are (but are doing it for attention, such as free things).
It’s a frickin joke nowadays
Yes, but it is useful in many ways to the oligarchy that controls the US. First, it’s part of the religion of the regime, so unless you believe your lying eyes and don’t have faith that a man can get pregnant or menstruate, you expose yourself as a heretic and political enemy. There are no witch burnings for this…yet. Furthermore, it allows elites who can afford to inculcate their children in this wokery to use the most current buzzwords on their ivy league college application essays. This gives them a leg up over, say, a hard-working first generation Asian student who studies six days a week and gets top standardized test scores. Also, to the extent the state can convince children of the common people that they need hormones and surgeries without parental consent, this becomes a castration ritual of the sort that has commonly been inflicted on conquered peoples.
Yeah, it's getting too much.

Every age has different monikers and standards. If people want to have 25 unique tags for their sexuality, this is fine. However, it is quite difficult for most people to recall those tags and their associated names.
I suppose today I'd be called gender nonconforming and non binary, but this is so complicated to me. I don't want to change pronouns either. HOWEVER, if this is what people are doing now, this is what is current and happening.
You try to be kind to people and to meet their wishes in formal interactions such as school and work. There's no need to offend by being rigid. Things change.
Clearly, I bet you I'll have access to the woman's bathroom if I walk in yelling not to assume my gender that I was born in the wrong body and that I'm a woman, how is that good for anyone tbh
If someone wants access without having to say anything they can dress up as a woman and that's it start watching women pee and shit smh
I doubt it, since there's still 4 states where you can't legally change your gender. And at least 1 has banned the gender-neutral marker for birth certificates. So yeah we could still go a bit further.
They’re already murdering children and beating up women. You want them to go further?
@gorydetails murdering children and beating up women shouldn't be legal. No matter who you are. Even if you're in the police, military, or president of the United States. I'm very against those things and think WAY more needs to be done to prevent it from happening and to hold people accountable who have done it.
@CheeseMonster no one gave a fuck what you did until they started harming children and abusing women.
@CheeseMonster except for the ones like Jeffrey Marsh who is a straight up groomer. Except for the ones on reddit who illegally mail hormones to teenagers, except for the doctors who take vulnerable children and sterilize and mutilate their bodies.
@gorydetails you realize there are groomers and illegal medicine mailers and irresponsible doctors, just... in general, right? You know trans people didn't invent any of that bad stuff. Some bad people, are just trans. And some bad people, just don't care about trans kids. Guess who groomed or mutilated more kids this year: trans or cis people? Worldwide. Obviously cis. But not because cis people are groomers or mutilators. Just because bad people can be cis or trans, and there's just a lot more cis people in the world.
There’s no such thing as ‘cis’. They are normal. There’s no need for a ridiculous label. Any doctor who gives a child hormones and puberty blockers are irresponsible.
@gorydetails cis just means "same" bro. It's not new either. And again, neither is the treatments. Hormones and puberty blockers were created for other things. Doctors were giving them to kids long before they started using their to treat trans people.
no. Normal is the word you're looking for. And those things should never be given to children because they're impressionable and think they're trans.
@gorydetails okay. That stuff was invented for NORMAL kids and is and has been given to NORMAL kids long before being given to trans kids. Trans kids just joined in on what NORMAL kids were already being given by doctors.
Normal kids are getting their healthy breast tissue removed?
@gorydetails lol bro no kids are getting breast tissue removed because kids don't have developed breasts. Although there definitely are plenty of NORMAL kids who take puberty blockers to keep their breasts from developing until later. There's NORMAL kids with mental disabilities who need total care, who can get put on puberty blockers indefinitely to keep them smaller and easier to care for. There's NORMAL teenagers who can have breast augments, reconstruction, reduction, and even get double mastectomy for healthy breasts. Yes. This is how all these things came into treatment for children. This is all not new. Trans people just now can also do what NORMAL kids already had the option of doing, on the informed consent model ofc.
@CheeseMonster that is an outright lie.
www.nytimes.com/.../...-transgender-teenagers.html
@gorydetails i can't read that I don't have the subscription. What specifically do you think is a lie and I'll give you some evidence.
You said 'no kids are getting breast tissue removed". that is a lie. You don't need a subscription to read the headline: "More Trans Teens Are Choosing ‘Top Surgery’"
@gorydetails oh i see. Well thats simply a poor choice of words. If you keep reading i agreed that "teens" ARE getting that done. And ofc it started with NORMAL teens being able to get it done. And now trans teens can too. But "kids" like small kids, before puberty normally happens... aren't. Because they don't have any.
Normal kids don't have healthy breasts removed.
@gorydetails it's called a prophylactic mastectomy.
prove it's being done to teenagers.
@gorydetails OK
18–19-year-old teens:
"The median age of mastectomy in all women was 42 years, with a range of 18 to 79 years."
"women aged 18 to 80 years"
www.aafp.org/pubs/afp/issues/1999/0401/p1992.html
jamanetwork.com/.../486447
An individual 19-year-old teen:
"Ms Durden’s daughter, Alexis, tested positive for the gene when she was 18 and underwent a prophylactic double mastectomy the week before she turned 20."
www.todayonline.com/.../when-tell-daughters-about-genetic-breast-cancer-risk
So, no children. Thanks for playing.
@gorydetails lol of course not. Children can't be at risk for breast cancer because they, once again, don't have breasts. Obviously they can't remove what they don't have. But assuming you just mean teens aged 15–17, they aren't at meaningful risk simply because it's so rare for people that young to develop cancer, even if they will develop it in the future. Teens that age who know they want the surgery can just wait a few years—even to the recommended age of 25–30—to have it don't because it's likely they will be that old before actually developing the cancer they are at high risk of. In the rare case a teen aged 15–17 does develop cancer, they can then elect to have the surgery at that age because they would actively be at risk and not just be at future risk. Makes sense?
Trans teens are no exception here. Trans kids can't have the surgery before they develop breasts because of future risk of dysphoria, because they don't have any to remove. And trans teens can't have the surgery because of future risk of dysphoria either. It is only those cases of actually having dysphoria as a teen where trans teens may be eligible for the surgery. And in most states and under most insurance, they must also first complete other less-severe methods of treatment, have a significant history of the dysphoria, and get approved by at least 1 psychiatrist that it is medically required before qualifying for surgery as well. Makes sense?
No, it does not make sense to mutilate a teen girl.
@gorydetails nobody's getting mutilated. If that were the case, it wouldn't be okay to do at any age. Why would any responsible doctor mutilate any man or woman of any age? They wouldn't. Mutilation is always malpractice.
Cutting off a girls tits because she’s being groomed to believe she’s trans is mutilation.
@gorydetails nah fam you can't have it both ways. Either it's mutilation for a doctor to surgically remove a person's breasts, or it's not.
I would disagree with taking off a teens boobs preemptively for supposed cancer as well.
@gorydetails why would you disagree with it?
Because you’re making a life-altering decision before your brain is fully formed on a bet.
@gorydetails so you disagree with minors making life-altering decisions when it's based on something that will just probably happen in the future, rather than based on something that is definitely happening in the present? That's understandable.
I think i was clear Do you have a point?
That doesn’t negate the mutilation and grooming of children by trannies.
@gorydetails lol okay, so you meant to say you just don't like minors getting their breasts surgically removed for ANY reason. Is that right?
Do you have a fucking point you want to get to?
@gorydetails most people I talk to about this dont really have a problem with "trans kids getting mutilated and sterilized." They just have a problem with hormones or surgery for minors, or they just want trans people in general to "not exist" *wink wink*. At this point you could fall into both camps but I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt that you're actually just genuinely concerned about kids, and don't want a whole group of people to be eradicated just because you don't understand them.
This is where you’re falling into the stupid leftist garbage. For the most part, no one gave a shit about trans people until they started grooming children, demand entry into women’s spaces and sports, and dictating what language people use to satisfy their mental illness and fetishes.
@gorydetails yeah yeah sure. So you don't have a problem with trans healthcare in general, just with children getting hormones and surgery for any non-emergency reason, including both risk of cancer and dysphoria.
Sports and language is a different topic I don't have the energy for rn. Suffice to say if you met a trans person who was very bad at sports and who passed well enough that you didn't even have to try to use the right language (and who agreed only adults should get hormones and surgery), would you have a problem with that individual trans person?
I think mutilating ones genitals is bad medical practice. Just like I don’t think anorexics should be encouraged to starve themselves.
No trans person “passes well enough” it’s a delusion. When you see trans people, it’s like a kid pretending he’s Spider-Man. Every sane adult knows he’s not spiderman but is usually too polite to call him out when he’s pretending to shoot webs at everyone so they just play along.
@gorydetails okay. So do you just think it "shouldn't be encouraged" and people just "play along," or do you think all trans healthcare and actively living as an trans person should be criminalized?
Also by the way, significant distinction between anorexia and trans people: anorexia is classified as a disorder because they see their bodies as fat when really their bodies are skinny. Being trans isn't classed as a disorder because ex. A trans women know their body is male, like it really is. They have an accurate understanding of how their body actually is.
((Also bc anorexia causes serious harm to the person. Where being trans, doesn't. Dysphoria can tho, wil definitely give u that. Which is why that is classed as a disorder I believe, even though still doesn't make them see their body different than it actually is.))
Except for the 40% or so who commit suicide after transitioning.
@gorydetails It's been shown transition decreases risk of suicide, though yeah the suicide rate is still significantly above average. Hopefully that will go down as it becomes less ostracizing to just exist as a trans person. Social support is the main deciding factor in most cases.
If they keep expecting women to indulge their sexual fetish, they’re not going to get a lot of acceptance.
@gorydetails nobody expects sexual fetishes to be indulged. This is about people just trying to live a normal life. Do you think women only exist for men to fetishize?
@CheeseMonster once again, you’re incorrect.
Autogynephilia is defined as a male's propensity to be sexually aroused by the thought of himself as a female. It is the paraphilia that is theorized to underlie transvestism and some forms of male-to-female (MtF) transsexualism.
Will Thomas is absolutely indulging a fetish - and possibly some misogyny in his desire to dominate and humiliate women.
@gorydetails theorized to underly some forms of one kind of trans people. Lol okay. I'm sick of people believing every stupid theory that's been proven false over and over as long as it says trans people are dangerous. It's like talking to brick walls every time. Every person like this. I'm done trying to explain the most basic things to people who would rather I just killed myself to make their life simpler.
Not surprised you’re trans. I guess reality isn’t your best friend.
im with gorydetails on this this one. your too young to vote, your too young to cut parts of your body off. Anyone who says otherwise is obviously a scary monster. It's not the media, it's common sense. when you under 18 if you insist on eating shit your prarnts can forbid it because adults have better judgement. When your over 18 you can eat shit and drink gasoline all you want. My parents wouldn't let me grow long hair as a teenage boy and they were right, thanks to this Ii never fell in with that crowd and now I'm rich and their dead or in jail or working in fast food
I think we are going to become genderless in the future with people changing from male to female on any given day. We will probably all have model good looks and dating / family norms will become increasingly weird. It has gone too far but its going that way anyway.
I don't see why the majority of us need to worry about it or feel any need to alter English for them.
It’s batshit crazy and isn’t good for society. It will correct itself with a large swing the other way which seems to be how humans react to such situations.
Yep. It reached that point years ago. Now we're just regressing even further. Stupid wokies...
Simples...
Violent leftist trannys are a danger to our society
I knew someone who was and thus have compassion for people who are genuinely intersex. Other than that, I refuse to comply.
Intersex isn’t even a “trans” debate. They are literally born that way lol, if anything it goes against the trans logic.
There’s more to a man than just a deep voice and a surgical penis, vise versa for women, even intersex people know that. A woman with a hysterectomy and double mastectomy is still a woman.
I think when a regular straight guy has to give pronouns things have clearly got out of hand. My pronouns are me and mine.
when we let gays in the military and legalized gay marriage we sealed our fate. I'm afraid we haven't seen anything yet.
In defense they haven't used the entire alphabet yet..
10 years ago, yes. Now it is jumping sharks left and right all day long.
Yes, its over the top.
yes I do think so myself
It's ridiculous.
I don't see how.
Probably but I just don't care enough
Deluded groomers.
