UK Supreme Court rules that the legal definition of a woman is based on biological sex. Thoughts?

“The unanimous decision of this court is that the terms woman and sex in the Equality Act 2010 refer to a biological woman and biological sex,” Patrick Hodge, deputy president of the Supreme Court, said as he delivered his judgment on Wednesday.

It will be seen as a landmark victory for gender-critical feminist campaigners who have long argued biological sex is immutable, and a blow for transgender rights activists.

Yeah, legal.

The court can only judge on legal matters. It cannot judge on religious, social or biological matters.

The problem is around people being too anal about money and law, expecting them to be able to "fix" anything. The court is clear that it can only judge on the facts it is presented with.

That's it's logics and I do not understand why they need to make an official definition for this everybody know this only some kids argue the reverse.
